Disclaimer

This is a troubleshooting assistant, not a diagnosis. It suggests things to check, based on past JHM repairs and AI analysis, and it can be wrong. Always confirm with proper testing, or have a qualified technician inspect the car, before replacing parts or doing any repair. You are responsible for any work done on your vehicle. JH Motorsports is not liable for repairs or outcomes based on these suggestions.

What these terms will cover

You'll be asked to accept the Terms of Use before your first session.

  1. AI output can be wrong. Suggestions may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date.
  2. Not a diagnosis. The assistant is a troubleshooting aid and is not a diagnosis of your vehicle.
  3. Test before you repair. Don't perform any repair without appropriate testing first.
  4. Safety-critical systems. Brakes, steering, airbags/SRS, fuel, high-voltage and similar systems require inspection by a qualified technician.
  5. No warranty. No warranty of accuracy or fitness for any particular repair.
  6. Limitation of liability. To be drafted by counsel.
  7. Assumption of risk. To be drafted by counsel.
  8. Your repairs and modifications. You are responsible for any work done on, and modifications made to, your vehicle.
  9. Acceptable use. Prohibited misuse, to be drafted by counsel.
  10. JHM content. Ownership of JHM's content and data.
  11. Your submissions. You confirm you have the right to submit a repair report and its attachments, and you grant JHM a license to store, analyze, de-identify or scrub, add to the troubleshooting database, use to improve the service and for internal technical reference, and share relevant portions with service providers needed to run it.
  12. Credits and rewards. Credits and coupons are given for eligible, documented repair reports, never for reviews, testimonials or positive statements. They have no cash value.
  13. Governing law, venue and disputes. To be drafted by counsel.
  14. Suspension and termination. JHM may suspend or end access.
  15. Changes. JHM may change the service and these terms; you'll be asked to accept material changes.

Privacy

This site stores your email address, your troubleshooting sessions and your repair reports. It is kept separate from the JHM store, and holds no passwords, payment details or order history.

Don't enter your name, phone, email, address, invoice or order numbers, or a full VIN. Just the car, the codes and what it's doing. We strip personal details automatically before anything reaches our AI provider, but please leave them out.
